# Resetting Users' Multi-Factor Authentication App

1. Log in to the Artist Anywhere Portal <https://portal.artistanywhere.io/>

2. Navigate to the **Crew** page\

3. Navigate to the user that requires a Multi-Factor Authentication App reset. Select the three dots to the right side of the page associated with the user.<br>

4. Select **"Reset Multi-Factor Authentication"**. The user will then be prompted to set-up Okta Multi-Factor Authentication on their new device upon the next log-in attempt.\ <br>
