Resetting Users' Multi-Factor Authentication App

  1. Log in to the Artist Anywhere Portal https://portal.artistanywhere.io/

  2. Navigate to the Crew page

  3. Navigate to the user that requires a Multi-Factor Authentication App reset. Select the three dots to the right side of the page associated with the user.

  4. Select "Reset Multi-Factor Authentication". The user will then be prompted to set-up Okta Multi-Factor Authentication on their new device upon the next log-in attempt.
