# RV Mini Cuts

## Usage <a href="#h_01hpjgyrns4a18xh1m402deqte" id="h_01hpjgyrns4a18xh1m402deqte"></a>

If viewing a source node loaded by the Shotgun-Review-App the user may press **Alt+M** or click on the **Tools > Mini Cuts > Create Mini Cut** menu item.

This will query the 3 shots before and after the currently viewed shot based on 1) **Cut Items** or 2) **Shot > Cut Order**. The latest versions (selected by date) will be presented to the user inside the new sequence. The old sequence will be put inside **Last Viewed Screening Room Sequence**, so the user can switch back to their previously viewed timeline.
